It was “meet and greet” day recently for one of our P-TECH students Cooper who is studying a Certificate III in IT. As part of his course Cooper has a regular work placement at Geelong Technology Group (GTG).

Thank you to Trevor who showed Cooper around the workshop and introduced him to the technicians he will be lucky enough to work with.

It was also great to be welcomed by a familiar face when we arrived - former P-TECH IT student and current employee Damien Bowers who is continuing with further studies through a traineeship at GTG.
