As part of Newcomb Secondary’s Head Start Program, Alex has been at Cross Laminated Offsite Solutions (CLOS) on structured workplace learning (SWL) to help him gain practical skills in the building and construction sector.

Alex is pictured measuring and cutting recycled timber to 3 different lengths to be used as cladding on the portable living spaces CLOS manufactures in the old FORD factory in North Geelong.
