Butterfly endeavours to help people foster positive body image, strong self-esteem, resilience, media literacy and a healthy attitude towards food and exercise. Engaging in thought provoking conversation and exploring one’s own opinion and feelings towards certain issue is how we can all gain a better understanding of ourselves and what we value. This in turn can boost self-esteem and body image.
