Year 7 Immunisations - 2nd Dose

All year 7 students are recommended to wear Sports uniform for the day.

Pre-Immunisation checklist

Before your child is immunised, tell the doctor or nurse if any of the following apply.

• Is unwell on the day of immunisation (body temperature over 38.5°C)
• Has any severe allergies
• Has had a severe reaction to any vaccine
