Please note that our Year 7 Immunisation Day is on the 14th March. If you haven’t returned the consent card for your student, please do so as soon as possible.

All Year 7 students are recommended to wear Sports uniform for the day.

Pre-immunisation checklist

Before your child is immunised, tell the doctor or nurse if any of the following apply.

• Is unwell on the day of Immunisation (body temperature over 38.5°C)

• Has any severe allergies

• Has had a severe reaction to any vaccine
