End of Year 2022 Programs

Orientation Program (Year 7 2023)

This program day on December 13 welcomes our new Year 7 students for 2023. These excited students will have the opportunity to start to feel comfortable at Newcomb SC. Students will be provided lots of information, tour the school, meet some of their teachers, enjoy some activities and of course, meet their student peers. It is a great day, and for most, it is a day that sits forever in their memories and facilitates the start of many new life-long friendships.

End of Year Program (Year 7-10 2022)

This program, commencing December 5 for 2-weeks, will bring the 2022 school year to a close with fun and engaging activities, experiences and learning tasks. Students will participate in a series of focus days led by the Learning Area teams featuring group-work, challenges and excursions.
The feature days include- Respectful Relationships day, GROW Tech school immersion day, ‘Get active’ HAPE day, ‘Say what?’ English day, Adventure Park fun day, ‘What’s the solution?’- Maths/ Science day, Grand Designs Art & Technology day and a Positive Futures Framework feature day
