The annual house swimming carnival was conducted at Kardina Pool on Thursday the 17^th of February. We operated under different conditions than usual, with new Covid-normal strategies to keep everyone safe, including the introduction of our Covid Marshalls. A big thank you to Kea, Chrystal and Jo for helping to keep us all safe!

Students relished the lovely weather and mild temperatures. House captains did a fantastic job keeping the enthusiasm high. They also lead from the front by getting involved in as many activities as they could.

There were some terrific efforts from competitors on the day, with our novelty events the Raft race, Peg race and Lilo race our most popular. A special mention to Cooper Rowbottom who was extremely helpful on the day, delivering food and drinks to all of our staff.

An additional big thank-you to all the teachers who helped packed the gear on Wednesday evening; including Mr George & Mr Horsted. There were also many helpers that helped early to help set up the equipment in the morning.  This allowed us to transition straight to activities once the students arrived
